SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold on Way She Goes Clothes.

 

Our return policy lasts for 30 days after delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The item being returned must be in the same condition as you have received it. It must be unused and sent back in the original packaging. If it is not, no or only a partial refund will be granted.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Software

  • Gift cards

  • Custom Orders

  • Pre-order Items

  • Any items included in a sale (not including discount codes)

Return process

To exchange a product, you should send us an email at support@wayshegoesclothes.com, and we will provide a return label on any exchange. For returns email support@wayshegoesclothes.com and we will send provide a return label. 

 

Once your return is received, we will notify you. The package and its content will be inspected, and we will let you know when the return is approved or rejected within 5 business days. Please note the shipping cost of the return will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

If the return is approved, we will send you funds equal to the purchase amount to the payment method you have used during checkout.

Exchanges

If the item you’ve received is damaged or defective, we can arrange an exchange for you. If you want to exchange your items, please send us an email. If you need to exchange the size we will do our best to accommodate the exchange. However, please note since we focus on small batch production we cannot always accommodate for another size.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will be shipped within the week of the estimated ship date listed, unless otherwise specified through email. If you have additional items in an order with pre-order items they will all be shipped together with the pre-order items. If you'd like those items in stock sooner, please checkout separately.​

Shipping

Shipping fees for return items are your responsibility, and you must pay for them. Your order’s shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have paid for shipping in your order, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

​

Processing orders take 1-14 business days. Shipping take 7-21 business days.

​

Customs

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Our Premium T-shirt are shipped from the United States of America, while all other products are shipped from Canada. Way She Goes Clothes Ltd. does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note Way She Goes Clothes does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.

 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.
