Frequently Asked Questions About Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order and why do you offer them?
A pre-order means you’re purchasing an item before it’s been made or restocked. We offer pre-orders because our pieces often sell out quickly, and we had a lot of customers missing out on their size. By opening pre-orders when we go into production, you’re able to guarantee your item and size. As a thank you for your patience, pre-order customers also receive perks like a $15 gift card.
Because every piece is made in small batches and goes through a detailed production process, timelines are estimates and may shift if delays occur.
When will my pre-order ship?
Each pre-order will have an estimated shipping window listed on the product page. Timelines can vary, but most pre-orders ship within 3–6 weeks. Please note these dates are estimates and can shift. Please check back regularly for more updates.
Why was my pre-order delayed?
All of our pieces are custom made, down to the fabric itself and the dyeing process. Because of this level of detail, production is more complex and delays can happen. While we always aim to meet our timelines, occasional shifts are a normal part of small-batch manufacturing. Every piece goes through a hands-on process with real people behind it, from fabric production to final quality checks. We take the time to do it right rather than rushing the process.
Can I order in-stock items with a pre-order?
Yes, but your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
We’re able to offer cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your item is already in production and cannot be cancelled. For collabs, pre-orders are only open for a set window—once that window closes, cancellations are no longer possible.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Refunds for pre-orders are only offered in the case of significant delays, and will be issued as store credit. We do offer exchanges for another size or item, depending on availability. Please reach out to us and we’ll help find the best option for you.
What happens if there’s a delay?
If a delay occurs, we’ll communicate updates as clearly as possible so you’re always informed about your order status. Please check this page regularly for your pre-order updates.

Please note - all dates are estimated, unexpected delays do occur at times however our team does everything in our power to try to minimize this
Please note we closed from Mar 25 - Mar 30 for our dogs surgery. No shipments went out during this time and this caused a small delay in some pre-order shipping.

Oct Pre-Order
1st pre-order is fully shipped other than socks and sweatpants. For international orders you may not see a ton of updates on your tracking until it reaches its destination country, if it hasn't updated by end of March we're happy to offer a replacement.
Sweatpants and socks will ship seperate, inventory has arrived at the warehouse. Note - due to our Dogs surgery this has taken us a little longer than expected. Will wrap up shipping early April!
December Pre-Order
Currently shipping. Note - our dog had surgery March 25, so these are finishing up a little slower than expected (we closed for the week following his surgery). They will all be sent out to customers by early April.
BOOK DRAGON

HELL CAT & DEATHTRAP
The first batch of remakes have arrived to our warehouse, they will undergo quality control and ship to customers. The next batch has now reached customs, we're just waiting for them to arrive at the warehouse and undergo quality control then they'll be on the way!
Please note - our dog had surgery March 25, which caused a small delay in packing (we closed for last week). These will all be shipped by early April.
